My self-exclusion request is still pending – can I change it?

While the status is pending, you can change the time frame of your exclusion or delete your request. Here's the steps to do this:

1) Log in to your Lucky 247 account and go to ‘My Account’.

2) Click ‘Safer Gambling’.

3) Go to ‘Self-exclusion’. Here you can update the status of your pending request.
