There are a couple of reasons that you may be shown the message that you have reached your deposit limit. Here are a few things you can check:
1. You have reached your self-set deposit limit.
To check this you can go to My Account > Click Safer Gambling > Select Deposit Limits. You should be able to see here if you have any limits applied to your daily, weekly or monthly and if this has been reached or not.
2. You have reached an Enforced deposit limit.
This is a limit that is applied across all of your accounts by our Safer Gambling team. You can contact our Customer Support for any questions you may have regarding this or if you wish to update the limit.
